An evening with Dita Von Teese!

I went to one of the most fabulous shows that I have ever seen last night! I flew to Vegas to see my girl Dita Von Teese guest star at the MGM’s Grand Crazy Horse Paris. Her people were so gracious to invite me and allow me a few seconds to ask her a few questions on the red carpet. Dita Von Teese looked like a porcelain baby doll, as she appeared on the carpet in this vibrant couture Elli Sabb red gown. Her skin is so light, she was absolutely stunning! I asked Ms.Dita about how she became the spokesperson for Christian Louboutin and as she giggled she told me that he came to one of her shows and they have been friends every since.

I’ve been following Ms.Dita’s career for quite awhile now and people always ask me why do I love her? I just think that she brings alot of seduction and femininity back to the female form. Women don’t dress lady like anymore, we hardly make any effort to look pretty for our husbands or when we go out in public. So when I see her, she makes me cautious on how I look or present myself to the world lol (I dont always follow the rules though tee hee!).

After the red carpet, the staff told me that there was a reception/cocktail party at Fiamma. So I headed over there where I got to try her signature Cointreau Teese drink and have yummy bites. The drink threw me for a loop, it was very good and I was feeling quite happy, woot! I met some cool people there like Dr. Horma T. Nasab who just so happen to be from Lawrenceville,Ga like me and Ali Mahdavi from Paris France who is the Director at Crazy Horse.

The show started shortly after and I was so excited because I had front row seats. Playmate Holly Madison sat next to me, she was too cute and you guys may remember that I went to see her Peepshow the night before!

I was in awh as the show started. I was thinking how beautiful the girls looked. The did not have one blemish at all! Some Vegas showgirls that I have seen in the past, have some minor issues but in this Crazy Horse Paris show, the girls were simply flawless!

All the scenes in the show were awesome and everyone of the acts got better and sexier. Dita finally came out in the 3rd act called, Lazy and she looked so darn fabulous! She wore a Christian Dior red suit with Swarovski corsage. The shoes gave me a stroke right in my chair! She changed from one pair to another and they were all to die for! Dita’s shoe game has always been exquisite!

All the acts were great and I can see why Dita Von Teese is the best in the burlesque business! She really knows her stuff and I was very impressed! I learned alot from her and now I will be taking my clothes off in a different way for my hubby, ha! I loved also all the details in her wardrobe. Her rhinestoned bustiers and her thigh high stockings with rhinestones up the seam were haute! I also loved her hats, suits, dressing gowns, lingerie the whole nine!

The pic Dita Von Teese Tweeted me!!!

Attitude,” “Chair Me Up,” “Lazy,” dancers Scott Bros., “Champagne Taste,” “Baby Buns,” “Teese-ing,” “Beauty Boudoir,” “But I’m a Good Girl,” “Adagio,” “La Lesson D’Erotique,” “The Quiddlers Present Micro Jackson” (tribute to Michael Jackson), “Le Bain Noir,” “Hot Legs,” “Chain Gang,” “Etoiles de Paris” and the Crazy Horse Paris finale, were all great acts!

I also forgot to mention that one of Dita’s people came over to me and said did you see that Dita von Teese tweeted you? I had left my cell phone at my aunts house so I had no idea what she was talking about. She pulled out her phone and showed me that Dita had sent me a twitpic of the shoes in her dressing room!!! Remember I asked her about her shoes on the carpet? Well she said in the tweet, this is for Tammie from Atlanta, this is for you! I burst out in tears because you guys just dont know how much that meant to me!
