Beauty Vlogger Jackie Aina Challenges Non-Black YouTubers To Try ‘Ethnic’ Beauty Brands

I will be the first to admit that I love me some makeup, I got it from my mama! When I first was introduced to makeup, the very first beauty product I remember using/buying was Fashion Fair. It was not always easy to find but when I did come across it, I would stock up! Now in 2016, there are all sorts of shades and brands that you can pick from with a click of the mouse or available at stores nationwide.

Thats when I was lurking online at youtube today, checking out “beauty vlogger” Jackie Aina and I noticed that she is having a “makeup challenge” for You Tube beauty vloggers that were non black. In the wake of all the Black Lives movements, she wanted to challenge non blacks to try using non-black beauty brands, which makes total sense to me. Ofcourse she is not talking about the foundations but just trying out other beauty products and show how they would look on their skin tones with different hues. I think it was totally genius of her and many are following suit. Check out her fun video inside….

  1. Beautiful! I wish I could do that. Some people are naturally talented in the beauty department.
