The Fall-Winter 2013/14 Chanel Haute Couture show took place on July 2nd in Paris, my dream destination! The show was held at the Grand Palais that was an old theatre, love where Karl Lagerfeld was going with this! I liked most of the collection but it was a bit masculine for my taste but some of the gowns were elegant and ladylike and the details ofcourse were outstanding! That hats and big belts that sat on the waist were fun to see. The hair was really fabulous and different with big pompadour looks that reminded me of rapper Vanilla Ice. Nails were clean with just clear polish. Loved the stack rings, watch that look blow up! I have talked about the ‘Atlanta eyebrow’ before and it seems that Chanel has caught on too with the models wearing nude makeup, pink blush with thick brows on the runway. This look will be huge for Fall I’m sure, we just got a jump start on the trend lol. Enjoy the collection and video below! xoxo
