Welp, I told you guys a few weeks back(click here) that it was rumored that Sheree Whitfield wasn’t asked back on any new seasons of the Atlanta Housewives and today it was confirmed! The former housewife put out a statement that she was not returning. Funny thing is, in her statement she flipped it like she decided not to come back but who would turn down 6 figures like she was getting, when she hardly is doing anything else? All of the other housewives were doing well like Kandi with her music & sex toy line,Kim getting married,Cynthia with her finishing school and Phaedra with the funeral business but yet did I ever see with my own two eyes, anything really happening with Sheree. The clothing line She by Sheree…nope, the chateau sheree…nope, so what did she really get outta doing the show? I thought if you had any kind of business, reality tv was the way to go! Chile, I’m done but sad to see her go! Who’s going to be checking for her now? She was at a celebrity auction last night here in Atlanta and someone bided $800 on her for a date! I would have been pissed that they couldn’t have made it an even $1,000 dayumm! I’m done…#Fail lol!
Her statement today:
“After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful Housewives franchise, I have decided to leave. The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness.”
“I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect. I wish the rest of the women the best of luck. I’m thrilled to say I’m now a free agent and am already fielding offers.”
Dang, man!!! I hope she has some other gigs lined up, cuz i know that money was good. smh. She was entertaining, if nothing else. She’ll be missed.
I do not know why but sometimes Sheree looks a little manly; especially in this photo. Like a man dressed in drag, but a good Drag Queen nonetheless. I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
I wish her the very best. where her career on the show started to spiral is when she lied about not knowing her mortgage wasn’t being paid, which led to an eviction/foreclosure. my friend which is also a atlanta police officer & a realtor took me to the house after she moved out and it was a mess. not a mess as if someone just moved out but a mess of an unkempt home. the bathrooms had ring around the tub and soap scum for miles on the shower walls. even the yard was taken over by weeds. I could not believe that this was really her former home until we saw some junk mails which were addressed to her and a few stained wine glasses, just to mention a few stuff she left behind.
Ummm…is she unclear that when they dont ask you back/renew your contract that you’re not quitting. You got fired.
