I loved the packing and the branding ofcourse, when it arrived it came all in tact with no spillage which happens a lot with beauty items. Everything smelled pleasant without all those overbearing scents. I do plan to use the shampoos and conditioners especially since I travel a lot! Perfect for my luggage! I like that the package also had all of the information and brochures that you can read over before using, which is very important. The Upscale magazine was a pleasant surprise and why not have a magazine to read while deep conditioning your hair right? I do have a hair holder just like the one that was sent to me that I purchased a few years ago. Time to retire the old one lol. I love to see women launch their own businesses, so I am happy to see this product and its quite different, meaning that its only for hair professionals.
