I was recently invited out to take a sneak peek at a new Exhale Spa located in Midtown Atlanta. When I walked in, I loved the calm atmosphere as I watched people get the experience of this 49 time award winning facility!
People were getting therapy sessions, services, tours and classes. There were also a Zen cocktail party going on with mind body delights,neck and shoulder messages,paraffin hand therapy and mini facials. I got the hand paraffin therapy and the ear acupuncture, I felt very relaxed after all of that.
Exhale Spa offers Mind Body Class Samplers like the Core Classes, Yoga Classes, Spa Therapies, and Healing. Please check out the pictures of their new facility located inside the Loew’s hotel in midtown. I’m going to head back there for a day of relaxation with a spa therapy soon.
