Ford Motor Company invited me out to listen to a panel of Atlanta designers talk about the creative process for their work and on how Ford is now partnering up with some of “the best” in the fashion industry. I learned a lot on how designers get their inspiration as well as Ford designers. I never knew that they both went hand in hand. Anthony Prozzi is the Senior Interior Designer for Ford and he shared with us on how they create the look and feel of each vehicle. They showed us the new 2013 Ford Fusion that looked really chic & elegant. We learned that people want functionality,great style with a fair price. With everyone having access to blogs,twitter and facebook, people are holding huge brands accountable for consumers purchases. Ford listens to their consumers. Ford has went back as far as the 1900′s for research to the present, to see what people are doing,wearing and buying.

I enjoyed listening to Fashion Star contestant Edmond Newton on his experiences being a fashion designer, working with fabrics and going eco-friendly. He usually likes to work with fur,metal & leather but has recently become more conscious and quickly learning to recycle, good for him! Panelists took questions from the audience and I found what they had to say quite informative.I’m personally still looking for a new vehicle but now it’s so much to choose from. Be it a Hybrid,SUV or mid-sze car I have to make a decision. I’m so confused lol. I would like to thank Ford for inviting me out, I learned a lot at the event! xoxo
