Harlem Globetrotters Makes a Slam Dunk in Atlanta - Talking With Tami

Harlem Globetrotters Makes a Slam Dunk in Atlanta

March 14th, 2011

Saturday afternoon my kids and I headed down to Phillips Arena to watch my favorite baskeball team, the Harlem Globetrotters! They were up to their usual shenanigans and popular basketball player Special K was there again talking crap on the court lol. They had fun games going on with fans, jokes played on the opposite team, it was something to see and we never miss it.

The Harlem Globetrotters have been around for over 8o years, entertaining audiences around the world annually. They have played more than 25,000 games and entertaining for even the Pope! During halftime I was able to talk to one of the players named, #4, Flight Time Lang. In 2009 he appeared on the Emmy Award winning series, The Amazing Race”.Flight Time and his teammate Big Easy Lofton are returning to the show soon airing on Sundays at 8:00-9:00 pm ET/PT on CBS Television(check your local listings). Backstage I got to ask him about visiting Atlanta and also to show me some of his basketball tricks, he was really fun to talk with and he snapped some pics with my kids. ofcourse they won like they do every year lol. I always feel sorry for the other team lol. Check the Harlem Globetrotters site to see if they’re coming to your area! Thanks to Harlem Globetrotters for the autographed basketballs too! xoxo

Enjoy the video!
