I’ve Joined The Movement…Black Girls Workout Too!

February 23rd, 2012

Today I had a wonderful time interviewing fitness trainers Mom Ellen and her beautiful daughter Lana about their new venture Gymnetics! The mom & daughter duo will whip you into shape and I definitely need them in my life! Mom Ellen is 60 years old too and looks absolutely stunning! Lana has a daughter and after childbirth she wanted to get back into shape and she did an awesome job with her physique They will be opening their very own fitness center soon and after training many celebs here in the Atlanta they have grown out of their current space! Their new campaign is Black Girls Workout Too and many celebs and others are joining the movement like, Toya Wright, Nicole Ari Parker and Kandi Burruss. Now your very own as well! I love the tee they gifted me with today and please check back to see the exclusive interview with the ladies! Girls Rock,Girl Power! xoxo
