It’s the new year and that means lots of people are getting into shape! One of those people is reality star Kim Zolciak! She recently did an interview with Life & Style magazine where she unveiled that she has lost 30 pounds after having her bouncing baby boy Kash just 4 months ago! Kim looks great and I know she wanted to get that weight off because she returns to tv this spring with her own reality show Don’t Be Tardy. Check out an excepts below!
“I think breast-feeding helped me lose some weight, and I was really busy as soon as I got home with Kash. I went straight into filming my spin-off show, Don’t Be Tardy… [which returns to Bravo in the spring], and I’m sure that helped. I just never sat still!”
As for healthy eating habits — “I don’t eat red meat or pork or much dairy, and I always eat in moderation,” she tells Life & Style.
