Good morning my lovelies! I had a fun and relaxing weekend, I must say! On Saturday afternoon, I was invited to see a Spring presentation with fashion brand Lafayette 148 New York at Neiman Marcus. I got to partner with them as they showcased their collection that was inspired by women artists. It’s a great fashion line that I have always loved and admired. I have attended their fashion shows in the past, so I was very familiar with them. This time around, they dressed me in their latest Spring line and I got to see what was new and had the opportunity to get a professional sketch done by fashion illustrator Deanna First. She live sketched the whole presentation, it was something to see.
It was so funny after chatting with Deanna, we both found out that we were both from Cleveland, Ohio and attended the same college, Kent State University, small world right? She’s so talented and everyone loved her work. I was drooling at all the looks that came down the runway, so many things I want added to my closet lol. I wanted to snatch up so many of the outfits, they looked so comfy and cozy and my dress that I was wearing was simply just that! Please enjoy a few snaps I got at the event and make sure to check out their website, enjoy your week everyone! xoxo
