Look For Less: Burberry Prorsum Fall 2014

Hello my fashionistas out there! I always try to help others who are on a budget like myself because I have a daughter that is senior in high school and I also I have a teen son. We all know how expensive they can be geesh! I still love to shop but I have to be very selective of purchases till my kids are grown. I was looking at Burberry Prorsum Fall line for 2014 and fell in love with how they draped their pretty scarves over dresses and trench coats for the Fall season. That’s when a siren went off in my head and I said, hmm? I can recreate that look for less with a designer scarf I received from Desigual’s fashion show during New York Fashion Week. I already had a cute knit dress and boots, so I was willing to give it a shot! So check out how I recreated the Burberry look inside that’s great for the Fall season!

So here was my inspiration, I loved how she looked in this silhouette! So pretty and elegant!

Here is my recreation but I’m sure I spent way less! My knit dress is old but sent to me earlier this year, scarf from Desigual as a gift, skinny black belt and the boots are from Just Fab for only $39.95. You can recreate this look too, it’s so easy, just drape a long scarf around a dress or coat and add belt, and there you have it! xoxo
