Mindless Behavior Kids Around For Rolling Out Cover - Talking With Tami

Mindless Behavior Kids Around For Rolling Out Cover

December 2nd, 2011

I’m sure my daughter will enjoy this post. I met mindless behavior a few weeks back at the Soul Train Awards. They were too cute and were full of rambunctious energy. They chatted with me about Thanksgiving and more and then later I saw them perform on stage. They did an awesome job and now they hit the cover of Rolling Out for this week. The group consist of Roc Royal, Princeton,Prodigy and Ray Ray. I don’t think think boy/girl groups will ever go away lol. Here is an excerpt from their interview with Rolling Out but to read the full article click here.

How did each of you become members of Mindless Behavior?
Roc Royal: I’m 14 years old and I’m from Los Angeles. I joined the group after auditioning with 500 other kids. Keisha Gamble picked me.
Princeton: I’m 14 years old and I’m also from L.A. I starred in Travie McCoy’s music video “Cupid’s Chokehold.” Our managers saw me on MTV and they called choreographer Dave Scott. Luckily, I knew Dave since I was six years old and it was like six degrees of separation. I auditioned with them the next week and I made the group.
Prodigy: I’m 14 and I’m from Philadelphia. I was discovered on YouTube. Our choreographer, Dave Scott, found me on YouTube and flew me to L.A. That is when I met Princeton and Rock.
Ray Ray: I’m 14 years old and I’m from Los Angeles. I was Krumping for a local group in Los Angeles headed by Tommy the Clown. A guy named Gary Jordan saw me dance and told me they were looking for a fourth member [for] Mindless Behavior. I auditioned at midnight and I made it. Three years ago.
