Yesterday evening my friend Jon and I were able to check out Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, the smash hit Broadway musical! It was my very first time seeing it and I really liked it. Jon and I both love Broadway plays and ofcourse we were dying over all the drool worthy costumes too! Check out my five top reasons why you should head down to Fox Theater (if you are here in Atlanta) too see this play. It’s only in town from February 2-7th, so hurry!

I fell in love with the character Belle, she was sweet, innocent but no nonsense!

The costumes were vibrant, pretty and each very unique. They really popped on stage!

The dancing and singing was superb, great job cast! The set designs were awesome too!

The love story was easy to follow. Belle and the Beast had great chemistry together on stage.

I learned that you have to look within, beauty is skin deep!

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is the classic story of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped in a spell placed by an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
