Here to Serve Restaurant’s contemporary pan-Asian concept, Aja, has something new for spring – fresher, lighter menu options from CEO and Founder Tom Catherall and new executive chef Rickey Figueroa. Catherall personally created the new menu with lighter options in mind. My husband and I had the pleasure of dining there last night for our 16 Year Wedding Anniversary! Come inside to check it out!

Several of Aja’s signature dishes remain, including favorites such as Thai basil chicken, chicken pad Thai and salt-and-pepper calamari. Highlights of the new menu include new dim sum options, such as the Vietnamese summer shrimp roll with peanut dipping sauce and chicken wings with angry hot pepper sauce. Catherall also added a range of fresh ramen noodle bowls, each packed with unique ingredients, from the seafood bowl, with shrimp, scallops, clams and vegetables, to the roast duck bowl, with a range of Chinese vegetables.

Rickey Figueroa joined the Aja team as executive chef in March. Figueroa started with Here To Serve Restaurants in the spring of 2005 as a sous chef at Goldfish in Dunwoody. He was our chef for the evening and sent out some tasty bites to try. The new menu is offered at lunch Monday – Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; dinner begins at 4 p.m.
