I was so happy when I received a few samples of LaLa Anthony’s new makeup line Motives for Lala ! I had wrote about a lot of celebrities starting makeup lines and was a little skeptical of what LaLa’s collection would be like. Well, I must say when I took the products out of the package, I was pleasantly surprised with everything! The colors are bold, the pigments were vibrant and I LOVED the packaging the most! I thought it was going to be made very cheaply and very light weight. NO, it’s not like that at all! I would feel very stylish pulling out her lipgloss tube and applying my lip-shine in a mirror in a public bathroom, it’s just that chic to me. The smell of the glosses are great,reminds me of the smell of candy. The eyeshadows are very nice, and I liked the array of colors that can take you from day to night.The shadows are also mineral-based and had that right amount of shimmer. I’m assuming the colors they sent me will be for the Fall line. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with for Spring of 2013! I would like to thank the pr team for sending me over the samples! I was wondering about her makeup line too! I love neutral colors even though I’m trying to step out my neutral zone. I think I might try her line now!!!
