Nars cosmetics was so kind to send me over a couple of bottles of their latest polish from the Thakoon limited edition collection. I received the colors Amchoor(bright yellow) and Cyan(blue koliary). I tried the Amchoor color because it’s so sunny out and that vibrant shade caught my eye! It took me only two coats of polish to paint my nails and the consistency was good. Most bright polish you have to paint a few times before the pigment is just right without seeing streaks but Nars did a good job with this lacquer. It’s very shiny even before I put on my top coat. I can see me wearing this polish on my trip to sunny California this weekend with a turquoise dress and sun hat! The Thakoon polish for Nars is a available online now for a limited time! Oh…I would so love to see what these colors would look like on you with a half moon manicure. The yellow in the moon and the light blue over the rest of your nails. Those colors really pop against your beautiful skin tone.
