My son and I have not been out on a date in awhile lol. Yes that’s right, over the years, I have tried my best to show my son how to treat young ladies and what to do when he’s out to dinner. Pootie now is 13 years old and he knows how to use chopsticks, order from a menu and open doors and pull the seat out for a lady. I’m working on him because boys these days geesh! Anywoo, I was invited out by Yum Bunz to try their new spot. You walk in and feel very at home. We walked over to place our orders to a friendly waitress, got a number, had a seat and the waitress brought out our meals. What did we get? Well read further! If you’re in the area or plan on visiting Atlanta please check them out, it’s simply delish! xoxo

My son ordered the Chicken Teriyaki, very flavorful! I had shrimp stir fry.

Mangolian BBQ Bunz

Bao is a cooking tradition with a twist by filling a bun with fresh ingredients, local produce and all-natural meats. Bao is an Asian steamed bun that means “bundle” in Mandarin and is also the generic Chinese term for bun. The golf-ball sized yeast dough formations are stuffed with a variety of fillings either savory or sweet and meat or vegetarian. It is the steaming of the dough – as opposed to boiling, frying or baking – that allows Bao its unique texture. Pootie and I really enjoyed these!
