Baked chicken, strawberries, feta cheese, glazed nuts and more top this incredible salad. It’s so refreshing and delicious! I apparently have a thing for Strawberry Salads. haha. I realized now as I am typing this blog post I have a few Strawberry Salads here on the blog. They are all incredible, but this Best Strawberry Chicken Salad tops them all. i made this last night and it was so good! This recipe is inside and have a great day everyone!
3 hearts of romaine lettuce
1 small boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
1/2 cup red onions
1 cup of nuts
pepper
Instructions:
Put romaine lettuce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper in a large salad bowl. Toss to combine.
Add strawberries, chicken and glazed nuts. Toss again.
Add feta and toss gently.
