At Cynthia Bailey’s launch party for her new P.T. Rose Moscato, she was looking very bright and bubbly! She told me she was wearing Halston. I loved the dress on her and you can tell she felt very pretty in the frock! The Halston bright orange one shoulder ruffle-tier silk chiffon dress is from the Summer 2012 collection. She paired the dress with black patent leather heels, and her sister Malorie’s beaded bracelets from her jewelry line.The dress retails for $425.oo. Very elegant dress Cynthia! Great job!
