Katy Perry was spotted at the Kids Choice Awards wearing a neon outfit looking like she was having fun in the sun! I loved her purple and blue hairdo! She has the most prettiest eyes I have ever seen! Those Prada neon peep toe pumps were too fabulous! I would rock them in a heart beat but only if they were in hot neon pink ha! That hair color bothers me so much. I wish she would go back to black. I thought it suited her very well and made her look sophisticated. It also grounded her extreme makeup looks.
