Congrats are in order for singer Kelly Rowland! She held a launch party last night up in NYC where she unveiled her new watch line with TW Steel.The company is known for oversized watches and Kelly celebrated her own CEO Tech Special Edition timepiece. I absolutely loved her ruffle fitted dress at the outing designed by Alexander McQueen. She always looks red carpet fabulous,congrats to her with her new business venture! She paired the dress with snakeskin strappy sandals.The dress retails for $594 now but was originally $1,485. xoxo
