Kelly Rowland was spotted out at the BET Honors in D.C. looking like a million bucks! She wore a great black Emilio Pucci dress from the Fall 2012 collection paired with Charlotte Olympia Dolly Swarovski black suede pumps! I thought her look was very elegant! Love her back with big hair too!
