Solange Knowles was spotted out at the Met Ball last night looking like a ray of sunshine in her custom gown created by designer Rachel Roy. The strapless number was adorable on her and you can tell she really enjoyed wearing that gown! She walked the red carpet with the designer herself, how cool is that! Boy do I wish I had a designer friend like that, that could make me custom gowns on the spot! That is so haute! She polished off her look with Sergio Rossi shoes,and sparkly silver clutch purse by Edie Parker and jewels. Another great look on Solange! xoxo

I can’t begin to tell you just how under rated Solange is and how I am very much looking forward to seeing much more of her. This dress is bold, bright and yet delicate and chic. Clean lines show off her curves and the hair honey?! love it. How difficult it must be to separate yourself from a sibling constantly in the spotlight. I absolutely love Solange’s aura. She seems like a cool laid back person who really doesn’t get a lot of recognition. However when she is on the scene you definitely know it. She killed Rachel Roy’s dress. It also seems like Rachel is much happier since she dumped her husband Dame Dash…Dame who?
I personally think Solange looked way better than Beyonce. She looks classy and chic in this structured dress. I just wish she would have told her makeup artist to give her a red lip.
