Katy Perry was the cover girl for Teen Vogue’s May 2012 issue. That blue hair is so fun for Spring time! I wish I was bold enough to dye my hair pink lol. She has had every hair color over the rainbow lol. She wears Oscar de la Renta Resort Collection 2012 in her shoot. She is also spotted in Zac Posen and Mary Katrantzou.
