Hey guys, I was getting some tweets and comments on facebook about my dress in this picture. Believe it or not this was another thrift store find. I got this dress at the Goodwill in Buford, Ga too. It was a very long formal dress and I had my seamstress Gloria of Gloria Alterations in downtown Lawrenceville, shorten it for me.
She then made the little scallops at the bottom. The pink crinoline underneath came from an online store called, Secrets in Lace .
They carry pink,black and white crinolines and they aren’t that expensive. I just put it underneath the dress and walla! The dress was $5.45 at thrift store! To get the dress shortened was about $15.00. Thanks for reading and happy shopping!
