Toyota Camry Southern Road Trip Charleston, South Carolina

Now that I am all refreshed and back to normal after a four day road trip of pure fun, I wanted to share my experience with you from my Toyota Southern Road Trip! I was invited by Toyota for a fun road trip with the all-new Camry and boy was it fun to drive you guys! I feel so relaxed and it was so needed! Toyota flew out 9 top influencers from all over to Charleston, South Carolina(our first stop). This southern city is full of rich history with great landscapes, beautiful waterfront homes and more!

We stayed at the stunning Wentworth Mansion and this hotel was everything I had ever imagined it to be! Built in 1865 by Francis Silas Rogers, who was a wealthy cotton factor. We ate lunch, then we were off for a historical city tour where we learned a bit more about the town and how wealth built it. We also visited an Unitarian Church in the French Quarter neighborhood.

After the tour, we got all dolled up for a welcome reception with Toyota, then took a carriage ride over to dinner that took place at Charleston Grill. Charleston Grill is located on King Street and a staple featuring delicious dishes, wood-paneled walls and soft jazz. Everything was simply lovely and inside you can check out all the pretty pictures, plus keep checking back for even more pics and recaps from my experience from the four day road tour…

Charleston, the South Carolina port city founded in 1670, is defined by its cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages and pastel antebellum houses, particularly in the elegant French Quarter and Battery districts. The Battery promenade and Waterfront Park both overlook Charleston Harbor, while Fort Sumter, a federal stronghold where the first shots of the Civil War rang out, lies across the water.
