Update on my workout

Ok, so you guys have not seen me blog too much about working out. That’s because I was M.I.A. for about 2 weeks. Lisa had an emergency to attend to and without her I was just not motivated to set foot in the gym lol. I know, I know, I should do it alone but she was my trainer. With me not knowing how to use certain equipment, it was hard for me. Everyday we would use something different, so I was lost without my buddy!

Well yesterday we hit the gym and it was so good to see her! Her mom, happily to report is doing much better! I was saying a prayer for her mom daily. We got back on track and did are cardio and weights. It felt good to work out and trust me I’m so sore today lol. Lisa told me that she felt a lil weird that I wasn’t there too. Sometimes you need that extra lil push by your side. When I’m lifting those weights, I know I do lol.

Check out Ed & Lisa’s biceps,one day I will be proud to show mine but for now enjoy theirs ha! Oh by the way, I lost 7 pounds! Even though I didn’t physically go into the gym, I still ate right and have cut back on alot of my sugar intake,woot! Also, there was no sighting of the “panty lady”, darn!
