On Friday I went to the mall very early, just to see what the hype was all about. I’m in the mall atleast 4 times a week. When I am not in the mall, I’m at TJMaxx, Nordstroms Rack,1/2 off Saks or other lil stores in my area.Did I tell you that I live by the biggest mall in Georgia? Yes, my hubby was like, Oh Lawd what did I do lol. I sniffed out the mall a day after we moved here! Yes, I have a keen nose for malls and thrift stores and we have plenty of them up here where we live.
JcPenney customers shopping, for what?
When I went to the mall with my daughter on black friday,(who is also an early riser) we got in the car and started going down the road. First thing I noticed was we were moving! You don’t understand, I usually sit in traffic for atleast 30 minutes and the mall is 5 minutes from my house. We actually got to the mall and found a parking spot too, right by the door. I should have known then, it wasnt going to be good! It was suppose to be black friday for pete’s sake lol.
We get in the mall and I noticed people were just hanging out like us, no bags, just snacking and hanging out with family. Remind you its 7am. We walked by stores and I saw some of them crowded but it really was not that many bargains.I’m also not the type that falls for the buy one get one free deal either because most of the time, the one item is overpriced anyway, that never works with me. I did see people with Macy’s bags,maybe because they had cute Mickey Mouse cartoon on them, not sure but when we went in there, I didn’t see much.
Victoria Secret had a line to the entrance of the store, so me and my daughter went in to see what was on sale. Um nothing,what black friday? I think they had a sweat shirt that was like 25.00.I dont consider that a sale at all. The undies were 5 for 25.00, nothing new there lol. So we left there.
Apple store always busy 24/7
The Apple store was pretty busy, because people are all into technology now a days, and the Abercrombie store had a hottie standing in the entrance of the store with his shirt open with a major six pack, that made my day wowza, name was Alex.

Bed Bath and Body crowded but didn’t know why lol
Bed Bath and Body had alot of customers in their store, so did Aeropostle. I still didn’t understand what the hoopla was all about. Maybe it will be better next year because I was not impressed at all this time around. One store I was impressed with,was Betsey Johnson.Her things are very pricey but she had a sale that was 40% off the entire store! I found some great goodies there! Now that was a sale to me lol.
