What To Wear: BET Hip Hop Awards

I’ve been stalking the weather this week and praying that it clears up by the weekend. There are plenty of events going on leading up to the Annual BET Hip Hop Awards but rain can ruin the spirit of the whole thing smh! Its scheduled to happen this Friday for the live taping. If you live here in Atlanta, you know folks can NOT drive in the rain that leads to heavy traffic, and it just makes you want to stay home. Im already credentialed to cover the red carpet, so I will be there hopefully. When I checked the weather app on my phone, it calls for sunny skies, so I am very happy, whew! My outfit is getting custom made by this seasons Project Runway‘s own, Laurie Underwood(Wanda Grace) who was sent home last Thursday but she is still in good spirits and won’t let that dismissal stop her shine.

The BET Hip Hop Awards will be hosted again this year by Uncle Snoop Dogg and lots of celebs are flying in town for all the festivities, parties and events, its going to be a mad house lol.
