Yeah! Burger

Yeah! Burger crowd

Are you looking for a place to eat that cares about your health and well being? Well then you need to head on over to Yeah! Burger. My assistant Pia and I was literally trying to duck the rain the other afternoon in the midtown part of Atlanta. We were hungry and trying to stay dry as the clouds started to form.

Co Owner, Erik Maier

We said, hey lets try this cute place. We walked in and quickly loved the vibe this place had. It had vibrant orange decor on the walls and a friendly staff! Shortly aftewards a cute guy walked over and introduced him self as Erik. He was so sweet and sat down to chat with us on how they opened their business and their mission.

Erik schooling us on the food industry

Erik schooled Pia and I on how meat is processed and the difference between grass fed cows and corn fed cows. He wants to educated people on food. You can tell he is very passionate this cause. He talked about some other things that I don’t care to mention but let’s just say that I will be going to eat at healthier places from now on. He suggested we rent documentaries called, King Corn and Food Inc. I will definitely have to check them out.

I asked Erik how did he and his partner come up with the name and he said they wanted their customers to be excited about eating there and the name was born. We asked what was the most popular items on the menu and he said the Beef Burgers,Bison Burgers and Turkey Burgers. Their Southern White buns are very popular because there made with organic flour by H& F Bread Co. Some buns are gluten free too.

Pia’s turkey burger

The restaurant is very family oriented with lots on the menu to choose. They have organic salads, hot dogs, and a full bar. They also have organic ice cream and shakes!

Pia with the cookies and cream concrete

We placed our orders and I got the beef burger and fries and Pia got the Turkey burger and onion rings. We split a cookies and cream concrete. The food came out and let me tell yah, it was so good! Pia loved her turkey burger. The buns taste so good I had never tasted anything like that.

We would like to thank Erik on all the education he gave on healthy eating and plan on coming back very soon! Please check out their site and visit if your planning on coming to Atlanta or in the midtown part of town!
