Brandy turned heads with a stunning new look as she stepped onto the red carpet for the world premiere of Descendants: Wicked Wonderland on Tuesday, July 14, at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.
The Grammy Award-winning singer and actress debuted a striking platinum blonde hairstyle while making a glamorous appearance alongside her daughter, Sy’Rai, for Disney’s highly anticipated fantasy film.
Brandy reprises her beloved role as Queen Cinderella for the third time, following her groundbreaking performance in the 1997 television classic Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella and her return to the royal role in 2024’s Descendants: The Rise of Red.
Fans can also look forward to hearing Brandy’s signature vocals throughout the film, including the powerful duet “The Girl I Used to Be” with Rita Ora, who stars as the Queen of Hearts.
For the premiere, Brandy embraced high fashion in a breathtaking custom Jovana Louis Couture ivory two-piece ensemble. The sculptural design featured layers of finely pleated fabric elegantly wrapped around the body, creating beautiful movement, texture, and architectural drama. The couture look perfectly blended strength and femininity while showcasing the artistry of handcrafted design.
Descendants: Wicked Wonderland premieres Thursday, July 16, on Disney Channel, with streaming available the following day on Disney+.
