Honky-Tonk Haven, Graduate Nashville

I had heard all this buzz about the Graduate hotel located in Midtown of Nashville, Tennessee! Its a short drive from Broadway and Vanderbilt University and I heard the vibes there was amazing! Plus guess what you guys, it’s pretty in pink inside! Me and my girls hopped in the Lexus TX and headed that way for an afternoon of fun in the sun!

Graduate hotel is a fast-growing chain of properties that are themed based of colleges and universities. Plus they add in local culture and history, in this case that would be the Vanderbilt University and ofcourse country music.

The Graduate hotel in Nashville, formerly known as the Union Station Hotel, is full of fascinating history. Did you guys know that its housed in a stunning 19th-century railway station? Its listed on the National Register of Historic Places and boasts beautiful architecture, including its iconic barrel-vaulted ceiling. Plus the hotel has been featured in movies and tv shows like “Country Strong”, and “Nashville”.

When we pull up, the first thing we noticed was a custom white limousine parked out front! Inside, its totally decked out with burgundy velvet seats and artifacts, so cute! The limo is available to rent as well for a fee! Perfect for a birthday, girls trip or bridal shower! We valeted the truck and headed inside where all the magic begin!

The lobby was great full of fun things like the check-in desk that looks like a huge vintage stereo cabinet lol. Then there’s the huge hooked pink rug of Minnie Pearl from Hee-Haw tv show! I loved that show and her cute hat with price tag hanging lol! The hotel keys has a photo of Dolly Parton on them, they didn’t miss one detail!

When you sit in the lobby, they have a few plaid couches where you can people watch or work on your laptop. Then there was a bar area with a huge crystal chandelier! The pink chairs were super cute plus the tulle ball skirts light fixtures! I want one lol!

Then we headed to the rooftop for some cocktails and food, this area is called, White Limozeen, named after Dolly’s 29th studio album released in 1989. Inside was plenty of seating. Lots of pink seating everywhere with velvet couches and lounge chairs. I loved the decor, it made me feel extra happy! We ordered drinks which were priced around $15 and up. We lounged on a huge round bed! The names of the drinks were fun like “Just in Time”, “Queen of Rodeo” and “Sitting Pretty”. They also had custom jello shots!

On the outside were pink umbrellas with seating, a Governor’s Pool area and a huge pink Dolly Parton statue! That was the main focal point! The bust was designed by Ricky Pittman. We had an amazing time and I want to actually stay at this hotel one day soon, it was super fun and girly, right up my alley. I will be back for sure! Check out all the fun snaps inside, till next time!

I really enjoyed the rooftop experience! It was a gorgeous day, very sunny and the perfect day to visit! Here we got to see panoramic views of downtown Nashville. Reservations are required for table dining but you can also walk in and just enjoy the sun on the patio. I also fell in love with the pink umbrellas omg!
