New Fragrance: Gucci Bloom

I remember back in November, seeing the ad for Gucci Bloom fragrance. I loved the message and the bottle design. Ofcourse it was pink and caught my eye and I quickly put it on my list of things to get for Christmas as a treat to myself. Well that didnt happen for months because I had other priorities but yesterday I finally was able to pick it up at Phipps Plaza at the Gucci store.

I picked it up and smelled it and sure enough I knew I was going to fall in love with it because I’m a lover of all things floral or fruity. The scent just reminded me of running through my neighbor’s floral garden back when I was a young girl. Believe it or not, it also reminded me of my first perfume set, Tinkerbell(Late 70’s circa), some of you may be too young to remember that one. More inside…

I absolutely love the packaging! Gucci does a wonderful job at that!

The perfume even comes with it’s own dust cloth lol.

Debuting the first fragrance developed wholly under Alessandro Michele’s creative vision: a scent designed to celebrate the authenticity, vitality and diversity of women—flourishing in a natural, expressive and individual way. Blended by master perfumer Alberto Morillas under the direction of the House’s Creative Director, Gucci Bloom is created to unfold like its name, capturing the rich scent of a thriving garden filled with an abundance of flowers. Tuberose and jasmine combine with Rangoon Creeper—a unique flower discovered in South India that is being used for the first time in perfumery to create a rich fragrance that transports the wearer to an imaginary garden. The scent is presented in a lacquered bottle, reminiscent of porcelain, in a vintage powder pink shade with a Gucci label appliqué. #InBloom $124

  • Natural tuberose harvested from India
