Red Carpet Rundown: ‘Michael’ Premiere In Germany

The Jackson legacy touched down in Europe with style, sentiment, and just the right amount of intrigue as the family gathered in Berlin for the global fan premiere of Michael.

Michael Jackson’s sons, Prince Jackson, 29, and Bigi (Blanket) 24, Jackson, made a rare and meaningful red carpet appearance at the Uber Eats Music Hall on April 10 and let’s just say, all eyes were locked in. Noticeably missing from the trio was Paris Jackson, but the brothers more than held it down.

Bigi, who practically treats public appearances like a limited-edition drop, surprised fans by stepping out and doing so in impeccable style. The brothers delivered a coordinated fashion moment, both dressed in sleek black single-breasted suits as a subtle yet powerful tribute to their father. Bigi kept it crisp with a classic white shirt, while Prince added a pop of personality with a bold red underneath. Clean, intentional, and deeply symbolic.

But the real fashion storytelling was in the details. Their custom armbands instantly clocked by die-hard fans featured a striking image of Michael’s legendary dancing feet mid-performance. A gold crown motif adorned their jackets, a regal nod to the one and only King of Pop. It wasn’t just fashion it was legacy, stitched into every thread. Even more poignant? Michael famously wore armbands to honor children in need, making this tribute feel both personal and purposeful.

For Bigi, the moment carried extra weight. Known for living far from the spotlight, his appearance felt like a quiet but powerful statement showing up not for fame, but for family, legacy, and love. Together, the brothers stood united in celebration of their father’s story and in support of their cousin, Jaafar Jackson, who steps into the iconic role of Michael on screen.

Jaafar, son of Jermaine Jackson, was surrounded by family, including uncles Marlon Jackson and Jackie Jackson, along with the next generation Jermajesty and Randy Jr. proving the Jackson dynasty is still very much alive and evolving.

The star-studded cast also showed up and showed out, with Nia Long, Miles Teller, KeiLyn Durrel Jones, and Juliano Krue Valdi adding to the film’s buzz. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, Michael is shaping up to be a sweeping, emotionally layered portrait diving deep into the icon’s brilliance, battles, and humanity.

With Colman Domingo stepping into the role of Joe Jackson and Nia Long embodying Katherine Jackson as the family’s graceful anchor, the film promises depth, heart, and a fresh perspective. Add in Miles Teller as John Branca and a young Michael portrayed by Juliano Krue Valdi, and you’ve got a cast that’s as compelling as the story itself. Berlin didn’t just host a premiere it witnessed a legacy in motion.

The movie is set to be released in theaters on April 24. See more photos inside…
