The Underground Supper Club Experience In Atlanta

Have you guys ever attended an Underground Supper Club? I had the pleasure of attending my very first one here in Atlanta, hosted by a few Los Angeles based Chefs! Chef Kyndra(Chopped), Chef Courtney Harris and Chef Darnai Thomas threw down in these Atlanta streets! They were all super cool and their tastings were really good!  Although they live on the west coast, they wanted to bring their culinary skills to the south to show us what they could do and to give us a different experience. I think they did well and from looking around at all the empty plates on the table, we all felt the same way lol!

The Supper Club Experience is set to be an unforgettable evening with live music seamlessly intertwined with a vibrant DJ set. As the day unfolded, the culinary journey commenced at 4:00 PM (VIP) with an introduction from the host Chef Kyndra.  Then there was a presentation of the first course, followed by an exquisite progression of dishes and a special surprise at the end! All the entrees had a signature cocktail for pairing.

Another highlight of the evening was the mystery dish, where all the talented chefs came together in a ‘Chopped’ style collaboration, creating a dish that promised to be a true masterpiece for the final courses! The surprise dish was a delectable southern comfort dish which we were all too elated to try. They decided on making a reconstructed peach cobbler, yum! It was such a mind blowing experience and I’m glad they invited me out! I wish all the chefs many years of success, they are truly talented, professional and had such a great vibe!
