I remember when I was in college in the early 90’s, the fashion craze was chokers! We wore them with dresses, rip jeans, blazers and more. Lord and behold the 90’s fashion trend is back in style now! I was telling my daughter Dootie all about it and she really loves it. She has bought all sorts of rhinestoned, denim, leather and lace chokers now and its such a cute fashion trend.
