Atlanta Restaurateur Shema Fulton Celebrates 17 Years Of Business

Local luminaries and notables gathered on July 29, 2022, to salute restaurateur Shema Fulton and her celebrated restaurant series which included flagship location Baltimore Crab & Seafood, posh South Fulton neighborhood bistro, Bella, uber popular brunch location, Garden Parc, past Atlanta staple, Pearl and swanky concept eatery Puff and Petals. The VIP reception entitled, Shema’s World, took place at Garden Parc at southwest Atlanta.

The two-part event included live performances and appearances by RL of the R&B group Next and Atlanta’s own, Yung Joc, beloved rapper and media personality. The event layout was laid out with a VIP reception and fabulous celebration for the seventeen-plus years Ms. Fulton’s locations have served the Metro- Atlanta community.

‘It’s the perfect example of the best of Black-owned businesses in Atlanta’, says one patron. ‘The food at her various locations is always delicious. Great customer service. Great vibes.’

It’s no secret that Atlanta has had a love affair with Shema Fulton’s restaurants. The Philadelphia native’s patron list runs the gamut; from neighborhood mainstays to celebrity drop-ins-from elected officials to the perfect place for marketing events and brand engagement. Atlanta has grown attached to this collective and Ms. Fulton is appreciative of this reception.

‘It’s always great when a good plan comes together’, said Shema. ‘Bringing my restaurant concepts from Philadelphia to Atlanta is proving to be one of the best things I’ve ever done.’
