Fresh off her Love Island USA exit, Sol Dean is setting the record straight after comments she made on Aftersun sparked conversation across social media. During a recent Instagram Live, Sol addressed fan reactions surrounding her remarks about fellow islanders Trinity Tatum, Bryce Dettloff, and Kayda Bosse, making it clear that her words were never intended to diminish or disrespect another woman.
Sol emphasized that she has nothing but admiration for Trinity, describing her as beautiful, kind, and someone she genuinely enjoyed spending time with inside the villa.
“I literally have no hate toward Trinity,” Sol explained. “We laughed together, had fun together, and she was always cool with me. I would never intentionally tear down another woman, especially a woman of color. That’s simply not who I am.”
The reality star clarified that her comments were based solely on her interpretation of Bryce’s actions throughout his time in the villa. According to Sol, Bryce repeatedly pursued Kayda before ultimately forming a connection elsewhere, which led her to believe where his interests may have originally been focused.
Following the interview, fans quickly took to social media with mixed reactions, with some defending Sol while others questioned her intentions. During her livestream, however, she reiterated that her comments were never meant to compare women or suggest one was more attractive than another.
As the conversation continues online, Sol remains focused on clearing up misunderstandings and showing support for the women she shared the Love Island experience with.
