Today on SHERRI, Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show host, comedian, actor and best-selling author SHERRI SHEPHERD spoke to sisters, Idina Menzel and Cara Mentzel. The three chatted about the challenges of motherhood, the sisters’ new book, “Loud Mouse,” and the challenges of dating. Idina also gushed over Colin Farrell, confirming that he was her “hall pass” when she was married to Taye Diggs.
Idina explained, “I used to be married to Taye Diggs. He’s still one of my best friends … and then I was in South Africa after Wicked, and I was doing a movie with Colin Farrell.” She went on to explain that she and Taye Diggs used to say who they would choose to be their celebrity hall passes when they were married, and hers was Colin Farrell. She said, “ … and then I was actually in a movie with him!”
