Getting ready for my walk
I had a chance to get out and enjoy some sunshine today. While out I went mall walking with a friend at Mall of Ga. I decided to try out the new Chung Shi comfort steps that were sent to me. I haven’t been in the gym in awhile because of my hectic schedule , so I can atleast go walking. The shoes were extremely comfortable with a lot of cushion in them. They supported my back and my posture felt better. After two epidurals, I always have a achy back and with these shoes on, It straightened out my alignment a great deal. My friend and I walked around Mall of Ga twice upstairs and down and I had a lot of pep in my step. I could feel my calves working because of the wedge heel so hopefully these shoes will tone them lol. I really enjoyed working out in them and kept them on mostly all day as I ran errands around town.
Women’s Chung Shi Scottsdale Anti Step
I also received the Susan G. Komen Pink Balance Walking Poles. I have not got a chance to use those yet but I plan on taking a hiking workshop soon, so I will let you know how those work out. I love the pink color and the fit of my shoes, pinktastic! With these shoes I plan on going walking every morning while the weather is still nice and warm here in Atlanta. I really appreciate Foot Solutions sending everything, I’m getting a kick out of them!
