Red Carpet Rundown: 4th Annual Black Effect Podcast Festival

Making sure that the electrifying 4th Annual Black Effect Podcast Festival is on your radar! Charlamagne tha God andiHeartMedia brought the Culture’s most powerful voices together at Pullman Yards in Atlanta, GA to build the future of Black media through the creation of community and sharing of knowledge. Hosted by Loren LoRosa and DJ Envy of The Breakfast Club, the festival featured live podcast tapings from “The Don’t Call Me White Girl Show,” “Club 520 Podcast,” “Grits and Eggs Podcast,” “Reality With The King,” “Keep It Positive, Sweetie,” hosted by Crystal Renee Hayslett from Tyler Perry’s Sistas and “Drink Champs” as well as panels on the evolution of AI, Audio/Media development, and the future of the media landscape.

Special guests included: Cee Lo Green, Sheryl Underwood, Yung Miami, K. Michelle, Tika Sumpter, Claressa Shields, Lil Duval, KevOnStage, Dominique Morgan, Jamilla Bell, Mecca Lou, Stormi Steele, and more.

The festival also featured the wildly popular Pitch Your Podcast Booth; The Black Effect Marketplace, powered by Shopify, which showcased merchandise from Black-owned businesses; local food trucks and more.
