Last night was an absolute blast! I had the chance to attend an advance screening of Madea’s Destination Wedding right here in Atlanta, and guess who popped in to surprise us? None other than Tyler Perry himself! He came out to personally welcome the audience and introduce the film and let me tell you, the energy in the room was electric.

Tyler got real for a moment, sharing that with everything going on in the world and even in his own life, he felt it was time for us all to just laugh. And honey, that’s exactly what I did! I haven’t laughed that hard in ages.

At the screening, Netflix and Tyler Perry really went all out with the goodies! Guests were treated to a fun mix of treats and tropical vibes, think candy boxes, popcorn and soda, festive leis, stylish sunglasses, and even real coconut cocktails. They even handed out those cheeky “Where Them Fans At?” souvenirs! Every detail was perfectly executed and totally on-brand, such a fun and memorable experience!
