The Oscars 2025 wrapped up Sunday in dazzling style, with Anora sweeping the night and taking home five Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director (Sean Baker), and Best Actress (Mikey Madison). Hosted by the hilarious Conan O’Brien, it was a star-studded affair on Hollywood’s biggest night!
Adrien Brody scored his second Best Actor Oscar for The Brutalist, while Kieran Culkin (A Real Pain) and Zoe Saldaña (Emilia Pérez) nabbed the gold for their stellar supporting performances.
There was a heartfelt moment when Morgan Freeman honored the late Gene Hackman, who tragically passed away last week, along with his wife and dog, in their New Mexico home. Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, and Queen Latifah also paid tribute to music legend Quincy Jones, who died in November.
Wicked co-stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo kicked off the show with an electrifying medley of classics: “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” (Wizard of Oz), “Home” (The Wiz), and their own hit “Defying Gravity.”
The night also recognized the brave firefighters who fought the deadly Los Angeles wildfires, which caused the Oscars to be postponed twice back in January.
Once the ceremony wrapped, the stars hit the afterparties! The official Governors Ball dazzled with Oscar-inspired treats created by the legendary Wolfgang Puck. Meanwhile, the Vanity Fair and Elton John parties were the hotspots to be for post-Oscar celebrations! See some of the red carpet looks inside….
