Gabrielle Union opens up about learning how to meditate alongside her husband, Dwyane Wade, during a trip to Japan. “We went to a temple where the head monk who’s essentially the priest of the temple taught us how to meditate. Afterward, he invited us to ask questions about life,” she shared. Gabrielle added that Dwyane embraced the practice immediately, meditating every morning while they were still in Japan and he’s kept it up ever since. “This man is calm,” she joked.
Gabrielle also talks about her upcoming animated film GOAT!. In the 2026 animated sports movie, she voices Jett Fillmore, also known as the “Black Leopard,” a legendary and seasoned roarball player who mentors the film’s main character a young goat chasing big athletic dreams.
On the show, Gabrielle looked absolutely stunning in a pink and black designer Basseterre dress by Diotima. The pink flat-knit tank dress features marine blue sculptural tubing at the neckline, armholes, and hips. The look was darling on her, and it was so nice to see her glowing and smiling.
