Looking For Southern Comfort Food, Try Roc South Cuisine

I hope ALL of you had a great weekend! I’m still recovering from all the festivities with my daughter Dootie for her 23rd birthday! We had a blast and I’m so glad that she enjoyed her special day. On the morning of her birthday she was hungry and suggested a new restaurant to try for brunch. I was excited to tag along and never been or heard of this placed called, Roc South Cuisine. Shout out to Chef V Harper. It wasn’t that bad of a drive and when we pulled up the valet was jammed packed, so I knew that was a good sign! We added our names to the guest list and we waited for about 35 minutes and was quickly seated.

The menu is viewed on an app but my daughter already knew what to order. The food came out literally within 15 minutes and I was extremely impressed with that because it was wall to wall people there! They have indoor or outdoor dining and we chose to enjoy the summer breeze and eat outdoors. The food arrived hot and the presentation was AMAZING and let’s not talk about the portions you get, enough to take a doggy bag home and have dinner or late night snack! The flavors were amazing and we both had Southern Fried Chicken(highly recommend this), sides of mac n cheese, greens and yams! I was stuffed like a turkey and left feeling very satisfied omg! If you are in the area or plan on visiting, please try this yummy restaurant, you will thank me later! More pics and where to find inside…
