I got an email from a college buddy of mine a couple of weeks ago. Errol Porter and I attended Kent State University back in the late 80’s lol. Yes, I am telling my age now but yes we went to school together and found each other online. We found out that we both have careers in media,wow! It was so fun to hear from him. I do love the internet and how it can reconnect you to people you haven’t see in awhile. Errol is now hosting a radio and tv show in Cleveland,Ohio my hometown!
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the radio station he hosts his show, this past summer. I was a guest on the Basheer Jones show, while visiting my family.
We exchanged contact info when he then asked me what I would think about doing an entertainment report for his radio show,UnSportsmanlike Conduct.His show talks about sports and entertainment. I’ve done some radio work in the past, so I was no stranger to it and quickly told him I would love to!
We negotiated some things and now I’m doing the entertainment report called,” The Bizzness” at 6:45pm every Wednesday!
