Walt Disney Animation Studios’ original action-packed adventure “Strange World” marked its European premiere tonight in London’s Cineworld Leicester Square. Stars, filmmakers and special guests walked the red carpet to celebrate the epic film that opens exclusively in theaters Nov. 23.
Celebrity attendees included Academy Award®- and Tony Award®-nominated actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who lends his voice to Searcher Clade, a family man who finds himself out of his element on an unpredictable mission; comedian, actor, writer, filmmaker and musician Jaboukie Young-White, who’s the voice of Searcher’s 16-year-old, adventure-seeking son, Ethan;
and actress, producer, bestselling author and TIME100 cover honoree Gabrielle Union, who provides the voice of Meridian Clade, an accomplished pilot and Searcher’s partner in all things. Joining the voice cast were filmmakers Don Hall (director), Qui Nguyen (co-director/screenplay by) and Roy Conli (producer).
Now let’s get into this braided updo that Gabby was rocking! It was orchestrated by hairstylist Issac Poleon! He said it was giving “braid flower”, I totally agree! She looked stunning I must say and she is one of those women that gets fashion! I loved the whole look and the beaded intricate black & white gown she wore! I bet it was super heavy! I’ve been shopping for a gown for the Annual Mayor’s Masked Ball and I can’t wait to share with you what I wear lol!
