Beauty Review: First Impressions of Beyoncé’s Cécred Haircare Line

Yesterday, I had a lovely hair appointment with my daughter Tyra, and I decided to embrace my natural hair—no added extensions or installs this time. I really wanted to give my hair a break and let my scalp breathe a bit. Tyra was so excited to try out Beyoncé’s new haircare line, Cécred, on me. It’s all the buzz right now, and honestly, I had no idea how pricey it was until she pulled out the products!

She started with the Clarifying Shampoo & Scalp Scrub, which gave my scalp a nice, clean refresh. Then she followed up with the Moisturizing Deep Conditioner, which was amazing, especially for my naturally curly texture. It really helped with detangling, which is always a plus. To finish, she used the Nourishing Oil Drops, adding a beautiful shine without feeling heavy or greasy.

What I really loved? The fragrance—light, fresh, not overpowering at all. The packaging is stunning too, very sleek and luxe (as you’d expect from Queen Bey). Once Tyra blow-dried and styled my hair into a simple updo with a soft bang, I was in love with the results. So was everyone else—I got so many compliments! A few people even said I looked younger… which I’ll definitely take, especially with my birthday coming up next month (not exactly excited about that, lol).

All in all, Cécred really impressed me. Gorgeous results, clean ingredients, and that Beyoncé magic? I’m giving it a solid 9/10. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to pamper your curls or just refresh your hair routine.
