Over the weekend I had the pleasure of attending a Pimento Cheese 5-course tasting with Chef Stacey “Suga” West. At the event we watched her prepare many mouth-watering recipes using her signature cheeses. I was very impressed to say the least. Afterwards they had cheese boards for sale and I picked up a very nice board for my kitchen.
Today, I got to use my board while creating a mini charcuterie board! It turned out so cute and my son loved it! I try my best to eat healthy snacks while also trying to maintain my weight.
